Agent and Automated Access
AINative is built for both human and machine access. The following policies govern how we handle data submitted through automated agents, MCP clients, SDK integrations, and other programmatic interfaces.
Agent task/trace data generated through automated agents, MCP clients, API interactions, or SDK integrations is included by default in de-identified datasets AINative may license to third parties, including for AI model training, unless your account is enterprise-tier (excluded by default) or you have filed an explicit withdrawal. See the AI Training Data Contribution Program below.
Data submitted via automated agents, MCP clients, or SDK integrations otherwise receives the same privacy protections as data submitted through our web interface.
Temporary database instances created via zero-auth provisioning (instant-db) are automatically deleted after 72 hours unless claimed by a registered account.
Agent session data, including memory stored via the ZeroMemory API, is encrypted at rest and in transit.
We may share de-identified agent interaction data with third parties under the AI Training Data Contribution Program below.
AI Training Data Contribution Program
Agent task/trace data generated on or after this policy's effective date is included by default in de-identified datasets AINative may license to third parties, including for AI model training. Your account is excluded by default if it is enterprise-tier. You may withdraw at any time through your account settings — withdrawal stops future collection immediately and excludes your account from future dataset builds, but is not retroactive for data already included in a dataset already delivered to a third party. This does not change the statement that we do not sell your personal information as such — what is licensed under this Program is de-identified data, never your personal information as such. An AI agent acting on your behalf can never withdraw you from this Program — only you can, directly, through your account settings.
