Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026 - Version 1.0

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of AINative Studio's platform and services ("Services"), including AI models, agents, ZeroDB, Agent Cloud, and every other AINative product. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to anyone who accesses or uses the Services, including through the API, MCP servers, or a self-hosted deployment.

Why This Policy Exists

AI infrastructure can be misused in ways traditional software cannot. This policy exists to keep the Services safe, legal, and reliable for every user — not to restrict legitimate development, research, or automation work.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to do, or to build anything that does, any of the following:

Illegal & Harmful Activity

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Facilitate the creation of weapons, malware, or other tools intended to cause harm
  • Engage in or facilitate fraud, phishing, or identity theft
  • Harass, threaten, or incite violence against any individual or group

Platform & Security Abuse

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without authorization
  • Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or billing controls
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Services without a written agreement

Responsible AI Use

AINative provides access to third-party and open-weight AI models, along with tools to build autonomous agents. When using these capabilities, you agree not to:

Model Misuse

  • - Generate content that impersonates a real person without consent
  • - Use model outputs to deceive users into believing they are interacting with a human
  • - Attempt to extract another customer's data via prompt injection or model probing
  • - Automate the mass generation of spam, disinformation, or fake reviews

Autonomous Agents

Agents you build or deploy on Agent Cloud remain your responsibility. You must:

  • - Keep a human accountable for any agent's real-world actions
  • - Not deploy agents designed to evade detection or moderation systems
  • - Ensure agents comply with the same laws and policies that apply to you

This section applies in addition to, not instead of, each individual model provider's own usage policies where applicable.

Content Standards

Any content you upload, generate, or store using the Services — including via ZeroDB, ZeroMemory, or a deployed application — must not:

  • -Infringe another party’s intellectual property rights
  • -Contain unlawfully obtained personal data
  • -Promote discrimination based on a protected class
  • -Contain sexually explicit content involving minors
  • -Violate a third party’s privacy or publicity rights
  • -Be used to train a competing AI model without authorization

Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in a warning, content removal, rate-limiting, suspension, or termination of your account, at our discretion and proportionate to the severity of the violation.

Minor Violations

Warning and an opportunity to remediate before further action.

Repeated Violations

Temporary suspension of the affected account or API keys.

Severe Violations

Immediate termination, with no refund, and referral to law enforcement where required.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement investigating illegal conduct. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data during an investigation.

Reporting a Violation

If you believe someone is violating this policy, or that content or an agent hosted on the Services is causing harm, please report it right away.

How to Report

Email abuse@ainative.studio with a description of the issue and, where possible, a URL, account identifier, or API request ID. We review abuse reports promptly and will not disclose the identity of a good-faith reporter.
